What we liked
- + Includes one silicone mold and one wood box, so you get the supported wooden-mold format without buying a multi-pack.
- + Silicone liner is described as flexible, which suits releasing a cured loaf without a separate liner.
- + One of the lower-priced single sets in this guide, which suits trying wooden-style molds before committing to a larger setup.
Trade-offs
- - The listing is very short: it gives no capacity or dimensions, so check your recipe volume before ordering.
- - No lid is mentioned, so insulating a cold process loaf will need a towel or cover of your own.
