What we liked
- + Tall skinny shape is ideal for dramatic swirls and tall-bar designs
- + 80oz liner holds a full 5 lb style batch in one pour
- + Lid helps the loaf retain heat so it gels evenly throughout
Trade-offs
- - Tall narrow loaf is trickier to pour swirls into for beginners
- - Bars come out tall, so a matching cutter may need adjusting
