What we liked
- + 1 1/4'' spacing produces chunky, generous bars
- + Multi-wire cutter slices a long loaf at once for fast production
- + Wooden frame is simple to set up on a work table
Trade-offs
- - Title lists both 18 and 15 wires, so confirm the exact count
- - Thick fixed spacing does not suit makers wanting thinner bars
