What we liked
- + The listing gives exact cavity size, 3.5 x 2.3 x 1.2 inches, and a 5 oz bar, which makes batch planning straightforward.
- + Made from food grade silicone, with a description of easy release and smooth corners on the finished soap.
- + Also listed for lotion bars and baking, so the molds stay useful beyond soap.
Trade-offs
- - The listing does not state the number of cavities per tray, so the yield per pour is unclear from the text.
- - Silicone trays are flexible and need to sit flat on a tray or board while filled to avoid spills.
