What we liked
- + Aloe base fits calming or after-sun gift bars without extra additives
- + 4Lb supply is enough for several loaves before needing to reorder
- + Glycerin base melts smoothly in a microwave or double boiler
Trade-offs
- - Aloe tint can shift pale colors, so test colorants on a small piece first
- - Less common brand, so replacement stock may be harder to find quickly
